3. Characters
As I mentioned earlier, my characters are pretty privy, except to my roommate and I. I will give all y’all a general breakdown of them… they might be in a random order, but I may be trying to put the most “important” (for lack of a better word) at the top.
- Adrian DeCou (known only as The Captain from ‘04 to mid ‘06). Type: Female vulpine/feline anthro. Personality VERY similar to Malcolm Reynolds (add lots of alcoholism) which was entirely unplanned, she was created before I knew of him or that series. She Captain of the Blood Rose. Had started out pirating but struck a deal with Maritime Patrols to go “clean”… now her ship provides some questionable services.
- Mathias Amberstone (a.k.a. Blacktail). Type: Male procyonine anthro. Probably the coolest, funnest character I have ever written for. I didn’t create him, my roomie actually did. His personality doesn’t fit close enough to one type of fictional character out there but he is somewhat vaguely like Captain Jack Sparrow and somewhat vaguely like Malcome Reynolds. But only SOMEWHAT on these two. You’d have to experience him on your own…
- Rayna. Type: Female lavender pardine anthro. A sweet, innocent-type character. She’s the one that started it all. She was actually created for some one-on-one role playing with my roomie back in May of ‘03. Her character has similarities to Starfire of Teen Titans (NOT the original comics!). This is another case of when I created a character similar to one already out there that I wasn’t even vaguely aware of…it was her mother’s disappearance that was the story I had in mind for ‘04.
okay… I need to star working on all this for a bit and get back to actually WRITING… more later!
